For our Final Project – Advanced Drafting class, we were instructed to draft a residential house in our local community. Above are the details for the property I chose to place the house.

For the architectural style of the house, I was looking more for a modern/contemporary look. Above are the images I used for inspiration.
Next I had to analyze the site to check if the conditions are suitable for the project.
After spending three months of designing and drafting, these are the final construction documents for the Coronado Residence.
